MEETING SPACES
DARTFORD BALLROOM
The Dartford Ballroom is our largest ballroom boasting a maximum capacity of 300 people while providing magnificent views and access to the lake via a wall of arched French Doors leading out to a private lakeside veranda. This ballroom is located on the hotel's main floor and can be divided into four different sections. Dartford Ballroom is the ideal location for events such as weddings, galas, conferences, corporate meetings and luncheons, and more.
PLEASANT POINT
Located on the lower level of the hotel and connected to Waves Pub & Grill, Pleasant Point has a maximum capacity of 180 and is the perfect venue for medium sized weddings, holiday parties, mixers, seminars and more. This ballroom has a built-in stage with dance floor and expansive wall-of-windows attached to a large walk-out terrace with access to the outdoor fireplace, perfect for a cocktail while enjoying the beautiful lake views .
SANDSTONE BALLROOM
Located at ground level with a maximum capacity of 110 people, Sandstone Ballroom is the perfect venue for more intimate or private events. Micro-weddings, corporate meetings, annual meetings, break-out spaces, and more are ideal for this space. Larger events often utilize this ballroom as break-out spaces as this ballroom can be divided into 3 separate spaces. Sandstone Ballroom features a wall of French Doors leading out to a private patio and green space along with gorgeous lake views.
